By accessing or using www.amandajohnson.love (the “Website”), purchasing services, or accessing digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.
🟤 SERVICES PROVIDED
Amanda Johnson - The Concierge Method (the “Company”) provides educational content, digital products, and wellness life coaching services. The Company does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. All information provided on this Website is for educational and informational purposes only. You agree that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
🟤 REFUND POLICY
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, refunds are not provided once access is granted or services have been delivered.
If physical products are offered in the future, returns may be accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law. To request a refund (if applicable), you must email amanda@amandajohnson.love within the stated timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
🟤 SERVICE CANCELLATIONS
For recurring services or subscription-based programs: Clients may cancel by submitting written notice to amanda@amandajohnson.love at least three (3) business days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or services already delivered.
🟤 COACHING SESSION POLICY
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
🟤 DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, including but not limited to guides, downloads, courses, and educational materials, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
🟤 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, branding, downloads, designs, and materials, is the property of Amanda Johnson and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission.
🟤 AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIPS
From time to time, the Company may recommend third-party products or services and may receive compensation if purchases are made through affiliate links. The Company is not responsible for third-party products, services, policies, or outcomes.
